Going Out of Business – All Sales Final

Mom Scissors is officially going out of business. As part of our final sale, all purchases are final.

We are no longer accepting returns, exchanges, or price adjustments for any reason.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages or Order Issues

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@momscissors.com so we can review the issue.

Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate and determine next steps.

Refunds

Due to our Going Out of Business sale, refunds will only be issued in the case of verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

We are unable to process refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect items ordered

  • Shipping delays

  • Sale pricing changes

If a refund is approved for a verified issue, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the credit.
