Damaged or Defective Products
Received a damaged or defective item? Email us at hello@momscissors.com with a photo and we'll ship a replacement at no cost. No need to return the damaged item.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@momscissors.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
A Few Details
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Gift bundles must be returned as a complete set.
