Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we’ll reach out via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free economy shipping on all orders within the United States.
Estimated delivery time once your order ships:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear once the label is created.
Shipping Locations
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
We do not currently offer international shipping, but it’s on our radar.
Incorrect Address or Lost Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Mom Scissors is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it:
